  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
  • 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone and spread it out evenly to form a round or rectangular crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly golden brown around the edges.
  • Remove the chicken crust from the oven and spread the marinara sauce evenly over the surface.
  • Arrange the sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce, followed by the thinly sliced tomatoes.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the oven and sprinkle torn fresh basil leaves over the top.
