  • 397 gm Breadcrumbs
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 nos Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic evenly minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup or tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and any optional herbs or spices. Use a spoon or your hands to mix everything together until well combined.
